A little about ourselves
Uniq Pods is a small South West based company providing premium Garden Rooms, built on site by our team of experts. We construct your garden rooms using the highest of quality materials and insulation products on the market, we believe this is a crucial element to produce the best quality build a customer can have. We work closely alongside our clients to enhance your outdoor space and create a garden room to suit your needs.
Prior to launching Uniq Pods, we are fully qualified carpenters, successfully achieving many years experience in the carpentry/construction industry. After, being asked to build our client a garden room we have gained a striving passion to focus on building these beautiful garden structures. This became the start of Uniq Pods.

How we work
Upon receiving your enquiry form, we will contact you about arranging a on site meeting, where we can asses the building location and access, meet our clients and discuss their ideas, answer any questions they may have. Also, we will bring some exterior cladding sample pieces for you to take a look at.

Once a site meeting has been finished, we head back to our office and begin working on initial costings and the design of the building. We then pass the price over to our client, if accepted you will receive your CAD design of your building, this gives you the opportunity to review your building and make any changes.

After approval, we will take our deposit, begin arranging the materials to be delivered to site. Then provide you with a ground screw installation date and a construction start date. Once construction begins we aim to finish your build within 2-3 weeks depending on size.

Construction process has now ended, service connections, lighting and interior finishes are finished handed over to the customer for decoration and furnishing.

We will then pass over your electric certificate and documents.
